Bathroom & Flooring Remodel

     Our client’s home in Summerville experienced substantial damage from a plumbing issue, affecting the walk-in shower, adjacent walls in the master bedroom and hallway, and flooring. The result of our remodel is a gorgeous, newly renovated space, free of any previous water leaks or damage. The shower was demoed, waterproofed, flood tested, and the new tile was installed. We also installed new tile flooring, a new vanity, new mirrors, and new light fixtures. The new master bathroom screams harmony! The pleasing tile arrangement and vanity area brings balance and coherence to this master bathroom. This space feels refreshed and looks beautiful!

     For the flooring portion of the remodel we’ve ripped out all the old flooring: ceramic tile in the master bathroom and kitchen, carpet in the three bedrooms, and the LVP and underlayment in the main living areas and hallway. We prepared the concrete for the new LVP flooring by scraping, sanding, cleaning, securing, and making it level. After the flooring was complete, we installed new trim, baseboards, quarter round, plus some drywall fixes and fresh paint really make these floors stand out!
