     What a fantastic finish to the most beautiful kitchen remodel in Gahagan East, Summerville! Summed up by our amazing clients – the newly remodeled space has become the ‘heartbeat’ of their home. Our greatest reward is knowing we have delivered a legacy space for them to gather and create lasting memories. So, let’s check out the craftsmanship and custom details of this project! 

     This kitchen’s central location wasn’t working for our clients. We expanded the too-small space, adding much-needed cabinet storage, and updating its dated, early 2000s style to bring their Dream Kitchen to life to give it the perfect new footprint. This new space will be the ultimate backdrop for comfortable cooking and lively family gatherings. We have combined the old kitchen with the old office space – now twice the size and twice as beautiful!

     To start, we were thrilled to work with our clients on their new design, our fun “try it before you buy it” custom 3D design services, tailored to meet our client’s inspiration, materials, measurements, and unique personal touch. The 3D digital rendering is an illustration that provides a visual of the layout with the exact product SKU # ‘s for the remodel. This tool is invaluable- and here’s why! After reviewing the initial renderings, our clients decided to explore a different color cabinet. This presented the opportunity to select a cabinet package that better aligned with their vision before installation and execution!

     This new kitchen features a striking design with brilliant quartz countertops showcasing gold vein accents and breathtaking Willow Sage herringbone tile backsplash. The luxurious Shaker Moss kitchen island creates additional seating space, and is perfectly centered between the new bar area and kitchen cooking quarters. This splash of color really sets the mood and adds charm to this space! The kitchen is further enhanced by gorgeous Rome Marble LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tile) flooring, floor-to-ceiling Shaker White stacked cabinets with soft-close doors seamlessly integrated throughout the kitchen and extended bar area. The cabinets feature everything the client asked for- spice racks, roll-out trays, a wine rack, a trash can insert, glass doors to display kitchen decor and glassware, Rose Gold pull handles, two custom garage pull-up doors to hide small appliances, and plenty of storage! 

     This kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line features including all new Samsung Bespoke appliances, a Champagne bronze pull down faucet with large farmhouse sink, crown molding, an elegant dimmable bubble glass chandelier, two new lights above the kitchen sink, and canless lighting. It’s the perfect space for both entertaining and everyday living. 

     Our team handled all necessary drywall repairs and a fresh coat of Sherwin Williams (Feng Shui) color to unify the kitchen, dining, and living areas. The installation of all new baseboards and trim work provided the essential final touches, delivering a polished and fully cohesive look throughout the renovated spaces.
