Bathroom & Flooring Remodel

    We are thrilled to start our week by sharing our latest bathroom and flooring transformation in Carriage Lane, Summerville!

     Our client’s home sustained substantial damage from a shower leak/poor installation of the previous shower, affecting the walk-in shower, flooring, and subfloor in the master bathroom. The shower was demoed, waterproofed, flood tested, and the new tile was installed. Our team was able to extend the width of the shower by moving the edge of the wall several inches towards the window. A custom niche, pony wall with glass above, and bench seating really make this shower special!

     As anticipated, once the demo began we discovered more unseen water damage! We tackled the necessary groundwork by replacing the rotten subfloor caused by a leaky shower. Our crew removed all compromised wood and installed a brand-new plywood subfloor. This groundwork is essential to prevent future problems and will ensure the new shower and bathroom floor are built to last. After the prep work was complete, we installed all new “Witham” LVP flooring in the master bathroom en-suite, new baseboard and quarter round, plus some drywall fixes, scraped the ceiling, and fresh paint which really made the transformation stand out!

     The result of our remodel is a gorgeous, newly renovated space, free of any water leaks or water damage! This space feels refreshed and looks beautiful!
