Kitchen, Mud Room, Laundry Room & Flooring Remodel

     This kitchen, coffee bar/mud room, and laundry room have undergone a remarkable transformation. To start, we completely revised the layout. We relocated the washer and dryer from the one-car garage, creating a dedicated laundry room and pantry within the home. This not only creates a valuable indoor laundry room but also provides additional pantry storage, enhancing the overall functionality and flow of the kitchen.

     This remodel features a striking design with brilliant quartz countertops showcasing gold vein accents and a unique pearl-colored, shell-shaped tile backsplash. The countertop extends to form a peninsula, creating additional seating space between the kitchen and dining room. The space is further enhanced by gorgeous 8″ x 8″ hexagon porcelain floor tiles in varying shades of beige. Floor-to-ceiling, natural-colored stacked cabinets with soft-close doors seamlessly integrated throughout the kitchen, coffee bar/mud room, and laundry room. We also installed new 7” wide plank LVP flooring throughout the home!

     Additional details include new appliances and mini beverage fridge, a new sink with faucet to match, hot water spigot above the range, scraped ceilings, crown molding and new canless light fixtures, each detail comes together to create the perfect space for entertaining and everyday living!
