From repairing/replacing drywall, installing recessed lighting, and hardwood flooring installation upstairs – to the substantial hardwood flooring restoration project and fresh paint throughout – this home is officially ready for its next chapter!

     Corrective drywall repairs/replacement and a fresh coat of paint on every wall adds a crisp, brand-new feel. We finished the walls in the warm, inviting tones of ‘Rice Grain’ by Sherwin Williams – the perfect backdrop to the natural light this home offers!

     We installed all-new ceilings and recessed lighting, finished in a fresh coat of ‘Ceiling Bright White’ by Sherwin Williams for a truly rejuvenated feel – along with all new Red Oak hardwood flooring (finished and stained to match) and base trim on the second level.

     One of our favorite challenges… making the old and new feel like one. We installed new Red Oak on the second level and refinished the original main-floor hardwoods and staircase to match. It’s amazing what a professional sand-and-finish can do to revitalize a home’s natural beauty!

     New 8-inch baseboards and quarter round provide the perfect custom frame for this renovation. The base trim is finished in Sherwin Williams ‘Creamy,’ a stunning choice that adds a layer of warmth and elegance to the home’s brand-new look.
