Flooring, Backsplash & Countertops Upgrade

     We love our loyal, repeat clients, we have done a few upgrades to the gorgeous condo! We are floored by the beauty of this completed project in Daniel Island! This client was looking for the aesthetic of Oak hardwood flooring using an LVP product, which offers easy maintenance with water, scratch, and stain resistant benefits. Our team took proper site preparations after removing the old flooring and before installing the new flooring. During this process we installed a sound barrier underlayment beneath the new flooring to meet noise ordinance requirements of the condo regime.

     We installed a stunning quartz countertop, an almond ceramic subway tile backsplash, and a new stainless steel sink in the kitchen. Our favorite component of this client’s remodel has to be the peninsula countertops! We set custom-made butcher block countertops to really tie it all together. We fabricated the Oak butcher block to fit and stained it to complement the new flooring perfectly! Additionally, we restructured the height of the peninsula to be at standard cabinet height for comfortable seating! The outcome is gorgeous – our team did exemplary work, and our client is extremely happy!
