Transformation Complete! We’ve officially wrapped up this flooring renovation, protecting this Johns Island guest house for years to come. We didn’t just lay new floors – we addressed the root cause of the previous failure. Hiring a professional flooring company is essential! The ‘hidden’ danger of improper installation: During demo today, we uncovered standing puddles of water trapped beneath the surface. This is a prime example of why professional moisture assessment and laying a moisture barrier is a non-negotiable step. Through assessment and proper preparation, this new LVP is now built to last!
